DOH! No wonder I couldn't find it... bought it from US PSN instead cuz I couldn't find it. Even finding it on US PSN was not easy, had to type in the full name to get it out of search.

Oh well at least it's a small diff and my US wallet already had money so it was "free"

Damn fun btw, playing 3 player same screen. "Hardest" difficulty is HARD and it's not even the hardest difficulty, with MANIA locked, and there's a trophy for beating MANIA

completed the game on easiest (barely made it).

played 3P on normal, selected stage 1.

2 lives, had our asses whooped by the stage 1 electricity boss.

Once you get the mechanics it gets easier. Like for example the plane of attack is quite narrow, so going "up" and "down" is more effective to dodge attacks than anything else. Also like any shmup you need to know the boss patterns.

Completed 3P Hard but had to use the assists usually +1 life half score. But yeah we suck too. Already there are SOR4 videos on YT showing S rank gameplay including that Boss Rush S rank video.

Still, damn fine game to chill with. And there's still tons to unlock, so far only Adam and SOR1 Alex. Every review on YT is raving on SOR4 even the usually critical Jim Sterling. The only doofus review is IGN's 7/10 wtf

SOR4 bosses not unlockable. SOR1-3 characters all unlockable, and Max is from SOR2 iirc. You dun unlock the SOR4 version of Max. Think also got the old man with electric arms from SOR3, as well as the easter egg kangaroo boxer Roo.

Hmm? SOR4 has air juggle and wall bounce combos, as well as tag team fist sandwich, or you can hit enemies that your friend has stunned or juggled or wall bounced. SOR3 had tag team combos, dunno about SOR4 haven't gotten that good at the game.

I've completed it yestd on normal as Axel on Switch. Last stage was kind of cheap Cleared on 3rd attempt. I thought I skipped ending scene because I chose to skipped credits. Search youtube then realized no ending cutscene wtf haha
