Oh snap! They finally added the System option of swapping X and O!

Why was there even a difference in the first place? I still don't understand why use X to accept? It's just so wrong!!!

What to do ... you say wrong, some angmoh will say you wrong. Me I just see what the screen says and press it. It becomes a serious problem when the screen says one thing but action is another thing because the devs cocked it up by hardcoding the display but using the system setting as input.

difference in perspective. but still why was there a non standard in the 1st place... if not, devs also wont have any chance of cocking up.

Anyone ever encounter a situation where you fire up a game and it causes the PS4 to shut down, then when you restart, the PS4 says a CE error has been encountered?

I tried to fire up AC:Odyssey last night, tried 3 times each time the PS4 would sit on the loading splash for 30 seconds then shut down with no beeps.

Deleted the whole install and left it overnight to reinstall on Rest Mode, hopefully the problem goes away... nearly 100GB!

EDIT: yeah reinstalling the whole thing fixed it.

Data corrupted bah.

The problem I encountered occassionally but a fair amount of times is my 1yr 4tb and 2yr old 2tb wd extended hdd even on a new ps4. Say I unplugged or never shutdown properly, need to repair. But I never unplug or switch off power outlet or put in rest mode.

Yeah most likely corrupted cuz the install was sitting there for a few months... patch a few times but never started.

You all saw the ds4 back button attachment? I wonder if the future controller for the ps5 will have that in built. Looks like a more expensive controller next gen if that's so.

Dunno how useful that will be. As it is I already have issues activating R1/2 and L1/2 all at the same time while holding the DS4 and using the analog thumbsticks. If I have issues using RL12 I'll have issues using another button at the back.

The DS4 touchpad also ended up being useless, a glorified button.

Actually I feel that my fingers placement are wrong on the shoulder buttons. Currently I'm only using my index fingers on the r1 and r2 button. I tried using index for r1 and middle for r2 but I always ended up switching back to using index only.

I'll be pissed if I'm always pressing those new buttons at the bottom accidentally. Currently I can only think of using it for r3 for games like dark souls. Feels difficult push up on the stick and have to press r3 to jump.

If I use my index on 1s and middle on 2s, It feels odd and my grip on the DS4 feels compromised. Thinking of this, if the 2s are now triggered somewhere nearer to the 2 "wings" of the DS4, that would be awesome. I don't need extra buttons then, just move the 2s triggers to the DS4 wings.
