Actually I've already forgot about the incident until Laz asked me for review again. Last month I placed order for FF7R Deluxe Edition listed for 109.90 sold by Sony SG Lazmall. There were 9 copies available initially then after I placed order, there was 7 left. Shortly it was all wiped out and I'm happy that I secured a copy for my collection, not to resell. Waited quite long for local delivery about 1 to 2 weeks. But I don't mind and I thought delay is normal during this period. When I finally received it, I wonder why the package was so thin and light. I was right, it was the Standard edition. Frustrated and immediately asked seller what happened? The messages I've sent over was not read until Monday. They did not reply, not even a simple sorry. Laz cs rep helped arranged for courier pickup asap. The pickup, return and refund was fast. Then I saw another customer posted the same issue, giving them a 1 star. I still have the screenshot since product is delisted, reviews also buried. They should have notify us no stock and cancel order. Do they seriously think anyone would accept standard edition for about $30 more? And nope I'm not buying from scalpers/flippers whatever. I know it will restock soon but I've already lost interest in it. Since I have a huge backlog, I've decided to wait for digital sale when price reduced to $30+
