I see all the big attacks and the so-called input reading stuff, looks like more towards Bloodborne/Dark Souls 3/Sekiro gameplay. But also balanced by having the horse and more powerful attacks.

I saw a video, someone using a single spell 1-hit a big boss.

I don't mind noob friendly It clearly sells. Faster complete and move on to the next game. If higher difficulty is not a requirement for plat, I will always pick easy mode.

Yea the single line kamehameha or meteorite. The former might miss if boss is agile. The latter aoe is quite huge.

I thought people would have already moved over to elden ring but I still get invaded quite often in dark souls 3.

In DS3 you have to collect 30 covenant items each for 4 covenants and 10 items for the other 2 covenants. Worse than DS2 30 sunlight medals farming. Very low drop rate.

Not that I was defeated but pvp in souls is not fun to me. I would rather play a fighting game. Already turned it off.

The problem with pvp in this kinda game is there are builds for it. When you are playing the story, your build and load out is more for pve while your invader's one is definitely for pvp. So you are pretty much at a disadvantage. Not 100% cannot win but No one likes to fight at a disadvantage.

I kind of underestimated ds3 platinum time. It requires 3 full playthroughs including optional areas for the collect all rings trophy. Unless you have a friend to drop you all of the rings. I think I clocked 109hrs already. A chunk of that went to farming 140 pieces of covenant items.

It's annoying that respec is unavailable at the beginning until you reach rosario which is like halfway through the game iirc.

Playing the Epic free Dying Light, even though plat'ed long time ago.

The pc platinum/definitive edition only cost me $9 last year. This enhanced edition does not have all the dlcs I think.

My $9 copy is from steam not gamepass. This is one game which frequently goes on sale. I have played a few chapters and stopped.

Oh well definitive/platinum edition still available on cdkeys for $9.29, alot cheaper than buying the upgrade separately.
